Tutorial: Make Dips!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• 1 packet of your favorite Arts n Blends dip mix

Directions:

1. Combine Base Ingredients

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Stir until they’re well blended.

2. Add Your Arts n’ Blends Mix

Open your chosen Arts n Blends dip packet and pour it into the bowl. Use a spoon to mix thoroughly, ensuring that the spices are fully incorporated.

3. Mix Until Smooth

Continue mixing until the dip is smooth and the seasoning is evenly distributed.

4. Refrigerate

For best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together. For a deeper flavor, refrigerate overnight or prepare a day in advance.

5. Serve and Enjoy

When ready, serve your homemade dip with chips, fresh vegetables, chips, crackers, or your favorite snacks. Enjoy!

Make a Cheeseball/Cheese Spread with your favorite dip packets!

Making a cheese spread, really is one of the simplest recipes to make!

All you need is:

  • 2 Cups of cream cheese.

  • 1 Arts N’ Blends dip packet.

Directions:

  1. Soften cream cheese (do not melt).

  2. Mix 2 cups of cream cheese with your favorite dip blend.

  3. Mix thoroughly and you have your cheese spread! Refrigerate. (For a cheeseball follow the next step before refrigerating).

  4. For a cheeseball, take your mix, and mold it into a ball shape with cooking wrap paper for a better mold. Refrigerate and enjoy!


How to make Chickpea Hummus.

Ingredients:

• One 15.5 oz can of Chickpeas (Drained).

• One package of Arts N Blends Asiago Roasted Garlic or Roasted Garlic Oil Dipper.

• 1 Tablespoon (or 2 tbsp for a creamier finish) of Almond Butter or Tahini.

• 2 Full Tablespoons of Olive Oil. (Leave one tablespoon as a sprinkle on top).
• 1/8 cup of water.

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.

  2. Transfer to an empty container and refrigerate for one hour.

  3. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle datil, smoked paprika or cilantro on top as a delicious garnish for your chickpea hummus!

  4. Ready to serve and enjoy!


How to make Oil Dippers.

You will need:

  • 1/4th Cup of Warm/Hot Water.

  • 1 Cup of Olive Oil.

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, add 1/4 of a Cup of water to heat up.

  2. Stir the heated water into the Oil Dipper, and let it sit for at least 5 minutes. The heated warm water will let the spices secrete their oils, the longer you let it sit, the more oils and flavors will flow into the dip. This process is called “blooming”.

  3. Add 1 Cup of Olive Oil into the hydrated mix, and stir it in until it’s properly incorporated.

  4. You can put it into a dipping bowl and that’s it, you’re done!

How to make “Bola de Fuego” Dip.

Ingredients for Bola de Fuego Dip (Ball of Fire Dip)

You’ll Need:

Your Favorite Dip Flavor - 1 Packet of Arts n’ Blends Dip Mix

Luncheon Meat (Spam) - 1 Can

Cream Cheese - 1 Block (8 oz)

Pineapple Jelly - 1 Jar (about 12 oz)

Crackers (e.g., Ritz) - For Serving

Preparation Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture

 1 Mash the luncheon meat in a bowl until it is in fine pieces.

 2 Add the cream cheese to the mashed meat and mix until well combined.

3 Add in 1 packet of your favorite Arts n’ Blends dip mix.

Step 2: Add Pineapple Jelly

 1 Stir in half of the jar of pineapple jelly into the mixture.

 2 Transfer the mixture to a bowl lined with plastic wrap.

Step 3: Chill and Serve

 1 Refrigerate the bowl for about 2 hours to firm up the dip.

 2 Once chilled, remove the dip from the bowl and plastic wrap.

 3 Pour the remaining pineapple jelly over the top before serving.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Final Step: Serve the Bola de Fuego Dip with your choice of crackers.
